We complete all the required paperwork including;
•Notifications to the HSE, ASB5s and NNLW1s, (ASB5’s for 14 day Licensable works to HSE and NNLW1 giving one days notice for Non-Licensable Work to HSE )
•Consignment notes for the disposal of hazardous waste and duty of care certificates.
If required we can arrange all types of air monitoring in accordance with HSG248 using an independent analyst.
Our supervisors and operatives are subject to continued training and development to ensure that we continue the highest standards of work to the latest regulations.
All our staff hold current CSCS cards and are DBS checked.
We hold an Upper Tier Waste Carriers Licence for Hazardous Waste (CBDU53523) and offer a complete collection and disposal service
Upon completion of any removal works, we can carry out the replacement works using our own carpenter / joiner, electrician and plumbers, fully trained in asbestos removal.
Due to our high standards of work we have been trusted to complete a number of projects refurbishing listed buildings including grade 2 listed buildings in conjunction with local county councils and the English Heritage Trust.
We have become accustomed to dealing with the added challenges with these types of buildings and have completed these projects with great success.
