With more and more prosecutions taking place within the construction industry and in the workplace with employees being exposed to asbestos fibres, East Coast Insulations can now offer an in depth "Asbestos Awareness Course" for all operatives who might come into contact with ACM's (Asbestos Containing Materials).

The training course, which is recognised by the HSE/Environment Agency, covers the uses and locations of asbestos in buildings, different types of asbestos, health implications and what you need to do to comply with current regulations to avoid prosecution. In addition there are other informative facts regarding ACM's, training modules, factual related films, surveys and management plans.

The half day course can be arranged to suit your requirements at your premises (minimum 8 people) or if smaller numbers then they can partake at our training centre in Great Yarmouth at specific dates.
